Josiah Allen, Manchester
In 2013, we opened our second office, adjacent to the Equinox Hotel in Manchester Village. We invite you to stop in and visit us at either office. We will be pleased to help you find your Vermont.
After years of successful careers in brand management, new product development and retail strategic marketing from NYC and North Shore Long Island, Robin moved her family to Indian Hill Farm, a 64-acre farm in North Pawlet. Robin, and her partner Patti, spent 20 years of vacationing and owning a second home in the area before making the decision to put down permanent roots and raise their three children in the town of Pawlet. For Robin, it is a transition she is grateful for every day. She is passionate about the area because of its great schools, responsive state and local government, vibrant arts and cultural community and the local commitment to farming, sustainability and the culinary arts. She says her only regret is not moving to Vermont 30 years earlier. Robin has particular familiarity and enthusiasm for the communities of Manchester, Dorset, Pawlet, Lake St. Catherine, Londonderry, Wells and Rupert. Her love for Vermont's lifestyle is contagious; whether someone is smitten on their first visit and wants to consider a vacation home, or they've been seasonal homeowners for years and are ready to settle in, or are looking for a new place in the town they love, Robin has the knowledge, dedication, loyalty and enthusiasm to make their dreams a reality. From a $100,000 fixer upper to a country refuge away from the hectic business world to a $2.5 million estate, Robin’s daily attention and care for her buyers, familiarity with local banking and specialized financing, such as a wounded warrior’s VA loan, are critical components to her successful real estate career. Robin’s affiliation with Josiah Allen Real Estate lends a localized professional edge in bringing her clients, whether buyers or sellers, a successful result.
