Joseph, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, comes to Josiah Allen after a 27 year career as a Fire Chief in Northern New Jersey.  Joseph lives in Manchester with his family and 3 rescue dogs in a newly constructed house on 2 acres overlooking 100 acres of conserved Vermont Land Trust property.
