Looking for an experienced real estate professional who knows the Northshire and Stratton Mountain region inside and out?

Kristi MacDonald has called Vermont home since 1995, building a life and career deeply rooted in the Northshire and Stratton Mountain communities. Her extensive knowledge of the area, combined with more than a decade of experience in resort hospitality, luxury vacation rentals, and property management, gives buyers and sellers a valuable advantage. Whether you're looking for a primary residence, a vacation getaway, or an investment property, Kristi brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to personal service.

Kristi's experience goes well beyond traditional real estate. Through leadership positions with Stratton Mountain Resort and prominent vacation rental companies, she has developed an intimate understanding of what makes properties desirable, how to maximize their appeal, and what it takes to make property ownership a rewarding experience. Her knowledge is particularly valuable to buyers considering vacation homes and investment properties, while her experience in hospitality has taught her the importance of responsiveness, attention to detail, and exceptional service.

Kristi also brings a designer's eye to real estate. As the founder of KM Designs, a local landscape gardening company, she understands how thoughtful landscaping and curb appeal can enhance a property's attractiveness and value. She helps buyers recognize the possibilities in prospective homes while assisting sellers in presenting their properties at their best.

Today, Kristi combines her diverse experience with her passion for helping people find their place in Vermont. Having lived in the area for more than 30 years, she appreciates what makes each Northshire community special, from the villages and neighborhoods to the mountain resorts.
