As a "Native Vermonter" I know first hand the wonderful quality of life Vermont has to offer and I truly understand what draws people to our amazing communities. After graduating from Burr & Burton, I enlisted in the U.S. Army and spent the next several years in different parts of the country. During this time I became a wife and a mother and was more determined than ever to return to Vermont to be closer to family and to raise my son Justin. After returning home to Vermont I took a position at a local Radio Station, programming commercials and co-hosting the local Morning Show. I worked in other administrative capacities at various local businesses until I decided to pursue my long time interest in Real Estate, initially working for a local firm as a licensed Office Manager in Dorset and Londonderry. A year later an opportunity presented itself to join the family at Josiah Allen Real Estate, assisting other agents while also working in sales to bring Seller's and Buyer's together. As my very wise Grandmother used to say..."There's a Jack for Every Jill" and the same is true with Real Estate, there's a home for every buyer. I realize that purchasing and selling a home can be a stressful time, financially and emotionally. I also appreciate people's need and desire to move on to the next phase of their lives and look forward to helping them sell their piece of Vermont while working with others who are trying to find their Vermont!
