Getting Here and There

The Okemo area is one of the easiest resorts to reach because of its proximity Interstate 91, which gets you everywhere in the Northeast you want to go. You also have close access to Vermont Route 7, the main north-south highway on the New York side of Vermont. From there you can also head to US 4 which will take you right to the Northway in New York state.

The region is served by Amtrak trains, with a station in nearby Rutland, VT. The closest regional airport is also in Rutland, where commuters will find the Southern Vermont Regional Airport, with daily flights to Boston and all its connections. Another close by airport is in West Lebanon, NH, which you can get to in under an hour, with daily service to Boston and White Plains, NY. Those who live in the area can also drive to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, arriving in about 2 hours, where flight departures can take you anywhere in the world.
